This is another milestone as the last time we received any written arguments was from the province in June of 2021. They, along with Toronto, have responded to Adam Skelly’s written arguments, which were posted recently. The only thing that can follow is a reply factum from Adam, which is the final word before the hearing in a little more than a week’s time from now.
