The Court has provided all details for the hearing on February 25th, 26th and 27th. For those who wish to attend in person, the hearing will be occurring in Courtroom 8-5 at 330 University Avenue, starting at 10 am each day.
Adam Skelly’s counsel is making oral arguments on the 25th. Ontario is up on the 26th. Toronto closes out the proceeding on the 27th. The hearing will be presided over by Justice Janet Leiper.
